Medical student Died -M S Ramaiah Medical College

M S Ramaiah Medical College were aghast to find a fellow student hanging from the ceiling fan at their hostel at around 8 pm last night.


Durgi Shekawat, a second year MBBS student, allegedly committed suicide after she was suspended earlier in the day by the college authorities for cheating during an exam.


A final year student from the college, said, "We don't know what happened when she met the principal, she didn't tell us about the discussion. Nobody from the management has even bothered to show up here, so we just don't know why."


Another student, said, "The management has not bothered to come and visit the hostel even though a student is dead."


Meanwhile, a senior official from Sanjay Nagar police station, said, "We think she committed suicide between 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm last night. But we are still uncertain about the reason behind her action."

2011. The test of eligible candidates will be held on
02.03.2011(Wednesday) at Rohtak.

06.01.2011 in the website www.cee-kerala.org (See Clause VIII of the
Prospectus). The Application form is common for General and Service candidates.
Candidates seeking admission to this course can apply in the Online application
form provided on the website www.cee-kerala.org of the Commissioner for
Entrance Examinations and then remit the required fee at any State Bank of
Travancore Branch. Application fee for General candidates is Rs. 1000/- and SC/ST
candidates is Rs. 500/-. Service candidates who seek admission under General
Quota also, should pay extra Rs.1000/-(Total Rs.2000/-),(Please see Clause VIII
(a)). Application forms will not be sold from the office of the CEE or office of the
DME. Application fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
