Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak invites
applications for admission to the following courses, so as to reach the
Controller of Examinations, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health
Sciences, Rohtak by 24.01.2011(upto 05:00PM).
Prospectus containing Eligibility conditions, Domicile criteria
and application form etc. can be obtained from the HDFC Bank,
D.Park, Model Town, Rohtak(Haryana) w.e.f. 06.01.2011 on cash
payment of Rs. 2000/-(inclusive of Examination fee) at the
counter or by Registered Post sending bank draft for Rs. 2050/- in
favour of Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of
Health Sciences, Rohtak payable at State Bank of India, Rohtak
with letter indicating “Prospectus for Entrance Examination of
MD/MS/PG Diploma, MDS & M.Ch./DM courses for the session
2011. The test of eligible candidates will be held on
02.03.2011(Wednesday) at Rohtak.

06.01.2011 in the website www.cee-kerala.org (See Clause VIII of the
Prospectus). The Application form is common for General and Service candidates.
Candidates seeking admission to this course can apply in the Online application
form provided on the website www.cee-kerala.org of the Commissioner for
Entrance Examinations and then remit the required fee at any State Bank of
Travancore Branch. Application fee for General candidates is Rs. 1000/- and SC/ST
candidates is Rs. 500/-. Service candidates who seek admission under General
Quota also, should pay extra Rs.1000/-(Total Rs.2000/-),(Please see Clause VIII
(a)). Application forms will not be sold from the office of the CEE or office of the
DME. Application fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
